EnviroClarity provides publicly available water quality data sourced from the EPA Water Quality Portal and related government databases. The Site is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

2. No Medical or Legal Advice
The content on EnviroClarity is not medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional consultation. Water quality data is presented as reported by utilities and government agencies. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions about your water supply.
Use of the Site does not create any professional, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and EnviroClarity. You use the Site and rely on its content entirely at your own risk.
3. Data Accuracy
We strive to present data accurately, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Data is sourced from public EPA datasets and local utility disclosures, which may contain reporting delays, omissions, or inaccuracies at the source. EnviroClarity is not responsible for errors originating from upstream data providers.

Underlying water quality data sourced from public government databases remains in the public domain.
